Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Expect an email within 1-3 days to let you know your order is on the way! All of our orders are shipped from Estonia.

International Shipping Times & Rates

We ship to the following countries and free shipping is applied to all orders above 150€.

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@holunastudio.com. In case of lost shipments, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather, customs, or carrier issues.

Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in your destination country. Any such charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Holuna Studio does not cover these fees, and they must be paid by the customer if applied.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. Please find more info about return conditions here.

If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us as soon as possible at info@holunastudio.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We handle these cases individually and will make every effort to resolve the issue quickly and to your satisfaction.
