We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

You're welcome to examine the item as you would in a physical shop — for example, trying on an item of clothing to check the fit. However, if the item shows signs of use beyond this (such as visible wear, missing tags, or damage), we may deduct an amount from your refund that reflects the reduction in the item's value. Please also include your receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

To start a return, use our "Manage My Order" link in the footer, or contact us at info@holunastudio.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases we cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Gift cards are non-returnable.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, for any reason and without justification.

You can exercise this right at any time during the withdrawal period by using our "Manage My Order" function, available in the footer and on your order status page, or by contacting us at info@holunastudio.com. You may also use the standard EU model withdrawal form below — simply copy the text, fill in your details, and send it to us at info@holunastudio.com.

Once you've told us you want to withdraw, you must send the item back to us within 14 days of that notification.

Outbound (delivery) shipping: If you withdraw from your full order, we will refund the standard delivery cost you originally paid. If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our cheapest standard option, the extra amount is not refundable.

Return (inbound) shipping: The cost of returning the goods to us is your responsibility, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered — in those cases, we cover the return shipping.

Refund timing: We will reimburse you without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier.

Refunds are made to your original payment method, using the same means of payment you used for the purchase.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled by contacting us at info@holunastudio.com or using our "Manage My Order" link in the footer.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return your original purchase following the process above, then place a new order for the item you'd like instead. If you'd like to exchange rather than get a refund, let us know when you request your return and we'll do what we can to help.
